1. Don't Panic:     If you notice any missing or defective bricks during the building process, don't worry! We have a "No Builder Left Behind" guarantee.

• Missing Parts (Our Responsibility)     If any parts are missing due to our oversight, we will provide the necessary replacements free of charge.

• Damaged Parts (During Assembly)     Accidentally damaged a piece while building? Don’t worry! We offer a one-time free replacement for the parts you need (due to our low pricing, this free service is limited to one request per order).

  For any subsequent damage during your build, a $10 shipping and handling fee will apply for further replacements. Alternatively, if you purchase any other building set from our store, we will include the required replacement parts in your new package free of charge.

2. Check Other Bags/Continue Building:     Proceed with building the set as much as you can. Sometimes, the missing bricks might be in the bags for the next step of the build. Sometimes spare bricks are in other bags. Please check other bags prior to requesting replacements.

3. Submit a Missing Parts Request:     If you still have missing or damaged bricks, please fill out the parts replacement request form at the bottom of this page to ensure you receive fast and accurate assistance.

• Please provide your name and address so we know where to send the replacement parts.

• Please upload a photo of the instruction manual, clearly circle the missing part, and label the quantity you need on the photo.

• A customer service representative will reply to your inquiry within 2-3 business days or sooner.
