How to return?
If you need to return an item, please send us an email. We will verify the actual situation and give you feedback within 2 business days.

Our refund and return policy is up to 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since the date of purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be in the same condition as when you received it. Still with the original packaging.

Is there a charge for returns?

1. If the return is not caused by the merchant, for example: the customer is not satisfied with the product. The customer bears the shipping cost and any other costs during the return process.

2. If the return is caused by the merchant itself, such as shipping problems; product lost or damaged, etc. We will bear the shipping cost and any other costs during the return process.

Outbound shipping costs and taxes for the original order are not refundable.

Return requirements

1. The product packaging must be unopened

2. Original packaging

3. Attach a receipt or purchase instructions

Opened items are not eligible for return. This includes:

1. Items that have been opened or removed from packaging

2. Items with obvious signs of being opened

3. Boxes that have been opened and are no longer factory sealed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. Verification will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refunds or Missing

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process.

Shipping

Once your refund application is successful, we will notify you by email about the specific address for the refund.

If you want to return a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
