To keep the prices so low, we sell our products without the original box, but we guarantee the product and its shipping packaging. If you want the original box, you can pay extra. Please contact us and we can add it to your order. Some products have the original box option, which you can choose directly.

The logistics we use have a great advantage in managing customs clearance, and usually no additional tariffs will be incurred. If tariffs need to be paid, it will need to be handled by the customer.

If the package is marked as delivered, but only one day has passed – please be patient! Sometimes the shipping company will scan the package before it reaches you. Please keep an eye out in the next few hours!
