Overview of our Refund and Return Policy

How to return? If you need to return an item, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page in the website navigation bar. We will review your request and provide feedback within 2 business days.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Is there a charge for returns?

  1. Customer-initiated returns: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you are not satisfied with the product), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and any other expenses incurred during the return process.

  2. Merchant-initiated returns: If the return is due to our error (e.g., shipping issues, lost or damaged products), we will bear all shipping costs and related expenses.

Please note: Original outbound shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

Requirements for our Refund and Return Policy

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  1. The product packaging must be unopened.

  2. The item must be in its original factory seal.

  3. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or removed from their packaging.

  • Items showing obvious signs of use or being opened.

  • Boxes that are no longer factory sealed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

     
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

     
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will notify you via email with the specific return address.

If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
